Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos

Hey Everybody! Okay here's my first attempt at a blog.. These were super yummy so I'll post the recipe:0)

In a ziplock bag:
Two chicken breasts, butterflied
About a 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Juice of 1 whole lime
1/4 cup olive oil

On the side:
Corn tortillas
Cheese
Whatever salsa you got on hand
Extra cilantro
Sour cream..

Okay first I set the chicken to marinate. I let it sit for about 20 min. This gives me time to make my side dishes..
Then I grill up the chicken on super hot heat for a couple minutes on each side. It cooks really fast when you've got it so thin. When it's done I chop it up and set it aside.
Toast the tortillas in the oven with some cheese on them. I use the High setting of my broiler and put them on a cookie sheet. It takes about 2 minutes or so for the cheese to melt and the tortillas to be toasty. Then build yourself a yummy taco!! Sooooo good!!!
